August 4th 2006 - My first class at the gym!

Mummy took me to my first Body Balance class at the gym today. Mummy used to do this class before I was born (in fact did it 2 days before!) so I recognised some of the moves and the music, but the moves look a bit different now I can see them from the outside! Mummy got me a gym mat to lie on and I kicked around and listened to the music while she contorted herself into the strange positions. Everyone in the class was really nice to me too as they had all wanted to meet me. I was really good and enjoyed all the class, but by the end was quite tired, even though I had a good night sleep. So by the time we left I had fallen asleep and Mummy put me back in my seat.

After lunch Mummy showed me how to use her big gym ball so she held my hands as I rolled about on it. She tells me it is good for wind too! I had a little play on that before going off for my sleep.
